Since 2019, Gabrielle has provided clinical services across a wide range of treatment settings, including corrections, inpatient and outpatient care, and both public and private practice. This diverse professional background has shaped a deep respect for each client’s lived experience and strengthened the ability to meet individuals where they are in their healing process. Gabrielle is committed to working with people from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences who are seeking emotional growth and recovery.
In clinical practice, Gabrielle utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that recognizes each client as a unique individual with their own strengths, challenges, and goals. Treatment is collaborative and tailored, with an emphasis on identifying strategies that best support meaningful, sustainable change.
Additionally, Gabrielle specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), supporting clients in processing and managing symptoms related to Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. Therapeutic work focuses on fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and self-compassion through evidence-based interventions.
