    Adriana, uses evidence based practices such as ACT, CBT, EFT to work with clients who are experiencing hardships or just want to rediscover themselves. She helps clients navigate past trauma, get to the root cause of the worries they are experiencing, develop a healthier lifestyle, understand their racing thoughts, get back their confidence, feel in control of their lives, and take on any challenge with their head held high. Together, we will develop skills and coping mechanisms to make you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to your true self.

    She looks at her clients, holistically, through a person-centered lens. She tries to understand the person in front of her wholly, and she understands that they are the sum of their parts. She works collaboratively with  clients to help them take responsibility for their lives while providing a safe space to talk, self-actualize, process emotions, and make positive changes.

    Life often gets hard and messy, and our metaphorical crown tends to get crooked, therefore we need someone to adjust it from time to time. Adriana provides a safe space for you to be yourself, and for you to discover the best version of yourself.
