Individual therapy at Balanced Mind Counseling offers therapy on a one-on-one basis with your therapist. At Balanced Mind Counseling we hear you, and are dedicated to holding on to that in person session. If you are one that still appreciates the neutral location that helps you to focus, or needs more intensive therapeutic support like art therapy, play therapy or just a direct connection with your therapist, we are the location for you.
