Brittany is a compassionate, experienced addiction therapist dedicated to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your unique challenges and strengths. With years of specialized training, Brittany understands that everyone’s path to recovery is personal. She believes in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you at your own pace. Her approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques including equine therapy, with genuine empathy, ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Brittany has extensive background and training in addiction, OCD, co-dependency, eating disorders as well as depression and anxiety that are connected to any type of dependency behavior. In sessions, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can speak openly about your experiences, fears, and hopes for the future. Whether you are struggling with substance use, behavioral addictions, or supporting a loved one, Brittany can help you navigate challenges, and rediscover your sense of self. Brittany holds sessions in office and at the barn.
