Donnell uses many forms of Cognitive Behavioral Treatments, solution-focused, EMDR, DBT, Acu-Detox, mindfulness, and experiential therapies to help clients create positive change and engage in life more fully. Donnell provides individualized, evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support her clients’ success in achieving their goals. Donnell believes in her clients’ ability to create opportunities to move beyond painful life experiences by developing deeper insights and awareness. In therapy, Donnell encourages self-reflection and new perspectives to process life’s difficulties through understanding, validation, and support.
