    (She/her)

Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. Erica therapeutically seeks to meet clients where they can create a safe haven for them to explore their emotions, identity, and become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Erica utilizes a person-centered, holistic, strengths-based, trauma informed, and mindful approach to best serve her clients. When appropriate she incorporates art, metaphor, expression, and imagery as vehicles for healing.

Erica’s past experience includes hospice and palliative care, supporting adults with special needs, eating disorder treatment, and community mental health agency work. She finds herself often doing work with clients around grief, shame, life transitions, trauma, relational boundaries, and connection to the self. She currently works with ages 12 and up. Erica sees it as an honor to connect with others in their vulnerability and works to continue serving as a counselor who is aware, open, and informed. Erica identifies her privilege in the therapeutic space and strives to offer attuned care to all clients.
