She believes the ability to cope, heal and re-invent ourselves is a combination of psycho-education where the client gains a foundation of understanding of their particular issue, informed guidance and support combined with techniques to use daily to reconnect with ourselves or reinvent ourselves as happy, content and satisfied people where that may have gotten lost or interrupted.

Karen is known for her ability to connect with clients, putting them at ease and fostering positive and safe relationships with her practical approach to treatment. It does have to be hard when it can come to you through knowledge, tools and motivation to make changes in our lives. What a wonderful thought that is some of your best days of your life have not happened yet.
