Laura Baggiore
Laura is passionate about helping adolescents and adults find healing, clarity, and confidence as they navigate trauma, addiction recovery, religious trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression. She offers a compassionate, supportive space where clients can feel understood while developing the tools they need to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and move toward meaningful change.
Her approach is person-centered and experiential, grounded in psychoeducation and informed by evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, EFT, CPT, and parts work. She works collaboratively with clients to build emotional intelligence, strengthen self-awareness, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and make decisions that align with their values.
In addition to individual counseling, she has experience working with couples and families and enjoys helping clients build healthier relationships, deepen connection, and communicate more effectively. Clients who work with her can expect a thoughtful, respectful, and empowering therapeutic relationship focused on growth, resilience, and lasting change.
