She often uses CBT, REBT, ACT, solution-focused, and emotion-focused therapies to create a safe, supportive space focused on growth and meaningful change. Michaela understands how messy and overwhelming life can feel, and is a firm believer in the quotation “Your trauma is not your fault, but it is your responsibility”
She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, develop confidence, and move toward becoming the best version of who they want to be—at a pace that feels right for them. She feels honored to help you regain control and autonomy, and find the you you’re looking for.
